My first 3D printer. It was initially built from a kit but a lot of custom parts have been designed and replaced.
The only thing remaining untouched from the original kit is the structure.
Z-Axis
I replaced the threaded rods on the Z axis with leadscrews and took that opportunity to redesign the X-ends to prevent wobble:

X-Carriage
A more extensive change. I wanted to get into dual extrusion. As the hotends I chose didn't have any already made parts to fit them on my printer I had to make the X-carriage, modify the extruders and create custom fanducts.
